Alex Himelfarb on the consequences of tax cuts

Alex Himelfarb, former clerk of the Privy Council, looks at how tax cuts became a bad word in Canada. He argues that a continued commitment to tax cuts will lead to greater inequality, the erosion of services, and to a meaner and less just society.
